Deciding to Leave #shorts

By Jeff Altman, The Big Game Hunter

Here are the critical times to decide to leave your job.

Decide to leave when you realize your environment is toxic. Decide to leave when no one sees you, sees what you’re capable of, holds you back. Decide to leave at a time after a review where you’ve had a chance to digest what you’re being told, and can say to yourself in all honesty, they’re wrong about this thing. Being held back in your career for stability isn’t smart. Go to a place that can appreciate you. But be honest with yourself. If you’re not delivering the goods that’s on you. If they’re not giving you the chance, ever. it’s you who has to make the choice. I hope you found this helpful. Sign up for Job Search TV on YouTube. There’s a lot more there. Be great!
