If we are talking about our work, usually what matters is satisfying whoever our customer is.
If we are talking about our lives outside of work, family and ourselves matter.
Frustration sets in when what we are doing feels/seems incongruent with what we believe is right, cannot express it (so we believe), and direct that anger against ourselves to release it.
Unfortunately, frustration does not release anger. It creates a loop of dysfunctional thinking that causes us to suffer.
Remember what matters. Serving others is what matters. Through that, we serve ourselves.
