We’re seeking a full-time General Maintenance for our PM Shift.

What are you responsible for?

A Facility Maintenance will be responsible primarily for general maintenance and repairs in guest rooms, meeting space, and front of the house areas. Guest room and public area entry-level preventative maintenance are included. A Facility Maintenance Engineer will also perform some repairs on mechanical, electrical, kitchen, and laundry equipment, requiring some skills and experience in these areas, as well as good communication skills.

Qualifications

How do you know if this job is for you?

You have

• 1yr of hotel or apartment maintenance preferred
• 1yr Electrical and plumbing experience preferred
• Basic computer skills and be able to navigate a handheld device.
• Ability to use hand tools and power tools are required. Must be able to multitask
• A minimum of one year building maintenance experience is required, with hotel experience preferred.
