Beauty is a big business. YesMadam is an Indian tech company that joins customers with providers for in-home beauty services, including everything from spa services to bridal packages.
It sounds like a great way to relax and look and feel your best. But apparently, some employees at YesMadam were not relaxed at all. In fact, they were stressed, and reported that in a company survey.
And YesMadam fired them.
Fired for stress
A marketing professional named Shitiz Dogra used LinkedIn to share a copy of an email that was apparently sent to affected employees. That email stated:
