The EEOC alleges that the chief financial officer and chief operating officer (CFO/COO) of Chesterfield Valley Investors, LLC, doing business as Gateway Classic Cars, sexually harassed a female employee by subjecting the employee to sexual conduct, advances, and requests.
New York Beer Project for Discriminating Against Employees Because of Their Medical Conditions

The EEOC alleges that New York Beer Project, LLC, unlawfully terminated two bartenders because of their disabilities. One bartender had cancer and the other had a nocturnal seizure, yet both had been cleared to work.

The EEOC alleges that Sureste Property Group and its divisions, Sureste Property Services and Sureste Development Group, terminated a Black employee because of his race and subsequently hired a less-qualified white employee.

The EEOC alleges that Sheetz illegally denying employment to job applicants because their criminal conviction policy disproportionately screened out Black, Native American/Alaska Native, and multiracial applicants.
Sis-Bro, Inc. for Gender Identity Discrimination and Harassment

Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964
The EEOC alleges that Sis-Bro, Inc., an Illinois company, for violating Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 by harassing and discriminating against an employee because of their sex and gender identity, which included transitioning. The company did not have an established harassment or discrimination policy and did not take any action to address the harassment when it was reported by an employee’s co-worker. Because of the alleged discriminatory behavior, the employee quit their job.
