Maintenance Supervisor II job responsibilities include:
- Manage assigned workload as well as payroll for Central Services employees.
- Oversee operation, maintenance, and repair of tractors, farm equipment, trailers, vehicles, trucks, and road tractors.
- Enforce safety policies and oversee metal fabrication.
- Manage work order distribution and scheduling.
- Maintain equipment database and implement preventative maintenance work orders.
- Oversee vehicle fleet and tractor and vineyard equipment replacement.
- Provide support for all irrigation needs.
- Support four vineyards, Eastern Washington Facilities, and CWPD.
Position Requirements:
- High School Diploma required. A degree and/or graduation from a technical school are preferred.
- Must possess mechanical aptitude and demonstrated supervisory experience.
- Three (3+) years of experience in a winery, food processing facility, or similar environment involving the responsibilities outlined above.
- Ability to work extended hours during harvest and peak periods, including periodic shift work.
- Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong motivational abilities.
- Computer literacy encompasses MS Office and the CMMS system (JD Edwards).
- Must have a valid driver’s license with an acceptable record.
- Must meet any additional qualifications required by state and/or local regulatory bodies.
Your Compensation:
$60,951-$79,161/yr. based upon relevant experience.
