Monday to Friday, US Business Hours

USD 10,000 annually, with monthly payouts complemented by performance-based commissions

Specific Duties and Responsibilities
  • Candidate Screening: Conduct thorough screening processes to assess candidates’ skills, experience, and fit.
  • Client Matching: Match qualified candidates with suitable remote job opportunities, ensuring a seamless and beneficial connection between remote workers and employers.
  • Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with both candidates and employers to understand their needs and preferences.
  • Market Insight: Keeping on top of job market trends and the remote work sector to provide informed recommendations and strategies.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with the team to share insights, strategies, and success stories, fostering a collaborative and supportive environment.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in Account Management, Sales, or Recruitment preferred.
  • Remote Work Proficiency: Comfortable and effective at working remotely, with a proven ability to operate independently.
  • Communication Skills: Outstanding English communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and persuade.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, capable of making data-driven decisions.
