As the Senior Website Developer, you’ll be responsible for supporting the website and lead generation.  You will report to the Director of Demand Gen and will involve collaboration with all departments within the Corporate Marketing department.

What your success will look like:
  • Own our website and landing page development to ensure they drive qualified leads across all devices.
  • Build and maintain new custom website pages in our proprietary CMS largely leveraging HTML, CSS, and Javascript.
  • Own the development and maintenance of our email and landing page HTML templates in Marketo.
  • Directly partner with creative and product to maintain a seamless U/X for our public-facing lead generation pages and our main website.
  • Responsible for staying current with system information, changes, and updates.
  • Responsible for compiling, reporting, and updating personal statistics and reporting to the manager (completed edits, turnaround time, etc.)

Who you are and what you bring:
  • 6-8 years of front-end web development experience
  • 4-5 years of experience working with an internal marketing team
  • 2+ years of experience with Marketo
  • Bachelor’s degree in development or computer science
  • Expert knowledge of HTML, CSS, and Vanilla JS Familiarity with working in a CMS environment
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to set goals
  • Experience implementing APIs and SEO recommendations in Marketo
  • Strong problem-solving skills

  • The base salary range is $100,000 – $115,000 (highly experienced), exclusive of fringe benefits. If you are hired at Scorpion, your final base salary compensation will be determined based on factors such as geographic location, skills, education, and/or experience. Additionally, we believe in the importance of pay equity and consider the internal equity of our current team members as a part of any final offer. Please keep in mind that the range mentioned above is the total salary range for the role. Hiring at the maximum of the range would not be typical in order to allow for future & continued salary growth. The compensation package may also include incentive compensation opportunities in the form of discretionary bonuses or commissions.
